Verser le reste de la marinade dans un contenant \u00e0 couvercle peu profond ou un grand sac \u00e0 cong\u00e9lation \u00e0 fermeture herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">2. Mettre les c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es dans le contenant ou le sac, et retourner pour enrober. Fermer et laisser mac\u00e9rer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 6 heures ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 24 heures. Retourner le contenant ou le sac quelques fois en cours de mac\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">3. Kimchi caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 : Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langer le sucre, le vinaigre, la sauce cor\u00e9enne et la sauce soja dans un bol de taille moyenne. Incorporer le kimchi. Bien chauffer une po\u00eale de taille moyenne \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Ajouter le kimchi assaisonn\u00e9 et cuire, en remuant souvent, de 5 \u00e0 8 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le liquide ait \u00e9paissi et soit lustr\u00e9, et que le kimchi soit dor\u00e9 par endroit. Mettre dans un bol de service et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">4. Champignons grill\u00e9s : Faire tremper les brochettes de bambou dans l&#8217;eau pendant au moins 30 minutes. M\u00e9langer la sauce cor\u00e9enne et la sauce soja dans un bol de taille moyenne. Ajouter les champignons et remuer pour enrober. Enfiler les champignons sur les brochettes. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">5. Retirer la viande de la marinade et jeter cette marinade. \u00c9ponger les c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es avec des essuie-tout. Mettre la sauce de badigeonnage r\u00e9serv\u00e9e dans une petite casserole. R\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen-doux sur le br\u00fbleur lat\u00e9ral ou sur un point plus froid de la grille pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9e du barbecue ou sur la cuisini\u00e8re (ne pas laisser bouillir). Garder au chaud.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-6\">6. Disposer les c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es sur la grille d&#8217;un barbecue pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 feu moyen-vif (400\u00b0F\/200\u00b0C), fermer le couvercle, et griller de 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, en retournant au moins deux fois et en badigeonnant de marinade r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une cuisson mi-saignante tout au plus (temp\u00e9rature interne de 145\u00b0F\/63\u00b0C). Si la flamme monte trop, d\u00e9placer les c\u00f4tes \u00e0 un autre endroit sur la grille. Mettre sur une assiette de service, couvrir de papier d&#8217;aluminium et laisser reposer de 5<br \/>\n\u00e0 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-7\">7. Pendant ce temps, griller les brochettes de champignons \u00e0 feu moyen-vif de 6 \u00e0 9 minutes, en retournant toutes les 2 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tendres et dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-8\">8.
