Ajouter le B\u0153uf hach\u00e9 cuit en vrac enrichi de calcium et bien r\u00e9chauffer, en remuant, pendant 3 minutes. Ajouter \u00e0 la marmite de p\u00e2tes et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">3. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement la ricotta et le parmesan, puis suffisamment d&#8217;eau de cuisson jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les p\u00e2tes soient bien enrob\u00e9es et d&#8217;apparence cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">4.
