Faire chauffer l\u2019huile dans un faitout \u00e0 feu moyen-fort. Ajouter la viande pour la faire brunir de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. R\u00e9server la viande.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\"><strong>Ajouter <\/strong>\u00a0l\u2019ail et l&#8217;oignon. Baisser le feu et faire brunir de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes(NOTE : ajouter un peu d\u2019eau pour \u00e9viter de br\u00fbler, au besoin). Incorporer le vin, gratter les petits morceaux du fond du faitout. Incorporer la soupe, les champignons tremp\u00e9s et le liquide r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Transf\u00e9rer<\/strong>\u00a0la viande et le liquide dans la mijoteuse. Couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 LOW de 6 \u00e0 8 heures ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la viande soit tendre.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\"><strong>Placer <\/strong>\u00a0la viande sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9pecer; garder au chaud. Ajouter les champignons en quartiers \u00e0 la sauce; couvrir et faire cuire \u00e0 HIGH jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres, environ 30 minutes.
