Ce condiment est un ingr\u00e9dient de base de la cuisine japonaise.  \u00c0 base de f\u00e8vres de soya ferment\u00e9es, son riche go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 se marie parfairment au boeuf.  Vous trouverez le miso dans la section des suchis de votre supermarch\u00e9, il se conserve au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.
