couvrir et faire mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes en brassant quelques fois. Retirer du feu et incorporer les tomates raisins<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\"><strong>Pendant ce temps<\/strong>\u00a0faire cuire les lasagnes selon le mode d&#8217;emploi; couper les lasagnes en 3 en diagonale et r\u00e9server. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la ricotta, le Parmesan, le sel et le poivre (au go\u00fbt).<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Assemblage : <\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9partir un peu du m\u00e9lange de boeuf hach\u00e9 entre 4 assiettes et recouvrir de 2 nouilles \u00e0 lasagne. Couvrir d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re du m\u00e9lange de fromages,recouvrir avec un peu de boeuf. Recommencer le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 avec les lasagnes, la ricotta et le boeuf (il restera 2 morceaux de nouilles). Garnir chaque assiette avec un peu de parmesan et du basilic frais, au go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\"><strong>Boeuf hach\u00e9 en vrac :<\/strong>\u00a0faire cuire 4 lb (2 kg) de boeuf hach\u00e9 maigre ou extra maigre dans un faitout \u00e0 feu moyen fort pendant 10 minutes, en brisant les morceaux avec le dos d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit bien bruni. \u00c9goutter et remettre dans le faitout. Ajouter 4 CHACUN oignons et gousses d&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s; laisser mijoter 15 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient ramollis. \u00c9tendre la pr\u00e9paration sur des plaques \u00e0 cuisson recouvertes de plusieurs \u00e9paisseurs de papier aluminium, faire congeler jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que ce soit ferme, environ 1 heure. S\u00e9parer en morceaux et placer dans des sacs pour cong\u00e9lation.
