Assaisonner le rosbif de sel et de poivre; faire brunir le boeuf de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, environ 10 minutes. Badigeonner la viande de pesto et la placer sur une grille plac\u00e9e dans le po\u00ealon. Ins\u00e9rer un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur au centre du rosbif.
