l&#8217;ail, le sel et le poivre dans un petit bol. Placer la moiti\u00e9 de ce m\u00e9lange dans un sac \u00e0 cong\u00e9lation et conserver le reste comme vinaigrette. Piquer le rosbif \u00e0 plusieurs endroits avec une fourchette et l&#8217;ajouter au sac. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer de 8 \u00e0 24 heures. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Placer un plat contenant \u00bd pouce (1 cm) d&#8217;eau sous la grille, sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du barbecue. Pr\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 400 \u00b0F (200 \u00b0C). Jeter la marinade et ins\u00e9rer le thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande au centre du rosbif. Placer le rosbif au-dessus du plat d&#8217;eau et fermer le br\u00fbleur de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Faire cuire \u00e0 chaleur constante jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le thermom\u00e8tre indique 145 \u00b0F (63 \u00b0C) pour une cuisson mi-saignante (1 \u00bc \u00e0 1 \u00bd heure). Placer le rosbif sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, couvrir d&#8217;une feuille de papier d&#8217;aluminium et laisser reposer de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Trancher en fines tranches, m\u00e9langer aux laitues et aux fruits frais salade, et arroser de la vinaigrette r\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Remarque : Le temps de cuisson est estim\u00e9. Il peut varier d&#8217;un barbecue \u00e0 un autre, et d\u00e9pend de la forme et de la coupe de rosbif.
