Hacher les champignons et enrober le rosbif. Ins\u00e9rer le thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande sur la longueur du rosbif afin que la tige ne soit plus visible. D\u00e9poser sur une grille plac\u00e9e dans un po\u00ealon ou un plat peu profond qui va au four. Verser \u00bc pouce (5 mm) d\u2019eau \u00e0 la r\u00f4tissoire.  (Si vous utilisez des champignons portobello, \u00e9crasez-les avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2te au lieu de les hacher).<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\"><strong>Faire cuire <\/strong>\u00a0le rosbif \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert, \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C) de 45 \u00e0 50 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le thermom\u00e8tre indique 140 \u00b0F (60 \u00b0C) soit mi-saignant. Couper le filet avec des ciseaux de cuisine alors que le rosbif est encore dans le po\u00ealon afin que les petits morceaux de cro\u00fbte tombent dans le po\u00ealon. Transf\u00e9rer le rosbif sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9pecer, recouvrir la viande d\u2019un papier aluminium et laisser reposer 5 minutes afin de permettre \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature d\u2019augmenter de 5 \u00b0F (3 \u00b0C) avant de trancher la viande contre le grain.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Entre temps, <\/strong>\u00a0pr\u00e9parer la sauce cr\u00e9meuse aux champignons.
