Faire cuire le rosbif de 1 lb (500 g) \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert, \u00e0 350 \u00baF (180 \u00baC) pendant 50 \u00e0 60 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le thermom\u00e8tre indique 155 \u00baF (68 \u00baC) pour la cuisson \u00e0 point. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Placer<\/strong>\u00a0le rosbif sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9pecer; le couvrir de papier d&#8217;aluminium et le laisser reposer 5 minutes.
