Piquer le bifteck plusieurs fois avec une fourchette. Placer le bifteck dans le sac et laisser mariner 12 heures.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\"><strong>Retirer <\/strong>\u00a0le bifteck du sac et r\u00e9server la marinade. Ass\u00e9cher le bifteck \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un essuie-tout et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. D\u00e9poser le bifteck sur une grille huil\u00e9e pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 feu moyen vif; laisser cuire le bifteck, 5 \u00e0 6 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9 (cuisson mi-saignante recommand\u00e9e). Retirer le bifteck du feu, laisser reposer pendant 10 minutes.  Entre-temps, faire bouillir la marinade r\u00e9serv\u00e9e de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes; retirer la feuille de laurier.  Trancher le bifteck le plus finement possible \u00e0 angle de 45 degr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Couper <\/strong>\u00a0les baguettes en deux sur la longueur. Badigeonner de moutarde et garnir de tranches de bifteck et du fromage. Faire griller les baguettes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage fonde.  Saupoudrer de noix de Grenoble (au go\u00fbt).  Servir imm\u00e9diatement avec la marinade r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e comme trempette.
