Piquer la viande \u00e0 plusieurs endroits avec une fourchette. Placer la viande dans un sac pour cong\u00e9lation avec le reste de la sauce; laisser mariner de 12 \u00e0 24 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Jeter la marinade.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\"><strong>Faire griller<\/strong>\u00a0les m\u00e9dallions \u00e0 feu moyen fort, de 6 \u00e0 7 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour une cuisson \u00e0 point, ne retourner qu&#8217;une seule fois.
