le poivron, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres et que le liquide des champignons soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9 (environ 10 minutes). Incorporer le B\u0153uf hach\u00e9 en vrac, la cr\u00e8me de champignons, la cr\u00e8me sure et la sauce Worcestershire. Laisser mijoter sur feu moyen pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Servir sur les nouilles aux \u0153ufs chaudes. Garnir de persil hach\u00e9 et de paprika.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">B\u0153uf hach\u00e9 en vrac : Faire cuire 4 lb (2 kg) de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 dans un faitout sur feu mi-vif  de 9 \u00e0 10 min, en le brisant avec le dos d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bruni. \u00c9goutter et remettre dans le chaudron. Ajouter 4 oignons et 4 gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9minc\u00e9s ; faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 min ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. \u00c9tendre le m\u00e9lange en une seule couche sur des plaques \u00e0 cuisson recouvertes de papier d&#8217;aluminium ou de papier sulfuris\u00e9 ; faire congeler environ 1 heure, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit ferme. D\u00e9gager la viande en morceaux et la r\u00e9partir en portions dans des sacs pour cong\u00e9lation.
