R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 moyen et ajouter l&#8217;oignon ; faire cuire en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il ramollisse, environ 4 minutes. Ajouter les tomates et leur jus, ainsi que le bouillon de b\u0153uf. Remettre le b\u0153uf dans la casserole. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Couvrir et cuire au four \u00e0 325\u00a0\u00b0F (160\u00a0\u00b0C) jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande se d\u00e9fasse \u00e0 la fourchette, de 1 1\/2 heure \u00e0 2 heures. Ajouter la mangue, les tomates et les \u00e9pinards. R\u00e9server et garder au chaud.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Juste avant de servir, pr\u00e9parer les haricots verts : dans un grand po\u00ealon, faire chauffer le bouillon \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter les haricots ; couvrir et laisser mijoter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 tendret\u00e9, environ 4 minutes.
