Ajouter les cubes de b\u0153uf et sceller le sac. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant au moins 1 heure ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 12 heures.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Enrober les morceaux de courgette et de poivron du reste de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Enfiler sur des brochettes de bambou pr\u00e9alablement tremp\u00e9es, en alternant avec les cubes de b\u0153uf. Saler et poivrer de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Faire griller les k\u00e9babs au barbecue sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 (400\u00a0\u00b0F ou 200\u00a0\u00b0C), en les retournant une fois en cours de cuisson, environt 10 minutes au total ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une cuisson moyenne (160\u00a0\u00b0F ou 71\u00a0\u00b0C). Servir avec le Taboul\u00e9 au quinoa, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">TABOUL\u00c9 AU QUINOA : Mettre 1 tasse quinoa non cuit, 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel et 1 1\/4 tasse d&#8217;eau dans un chaudron moyen. Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition ; r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux et couvrir. Cuire pendant 10 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;eau ait \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e. \u00c9taler sur une plaque de cuisson ; laisser ti\u00e9dir.
