march\u00e9 Lau Pa. La rue baigne dans la fum\u00e9e du charbon de bois, et d\u00e8s qu\u2019on s\u2019assoit \u00e0 l\u2019une des longues tables, on vous sert sans c\u00e9r\u00e9monie un plateau de sat\u00e9s, ces d\u00e9licieuses petites brochettes marin\u00e9es et \u00e9pic\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que la salade rojak ne soit pas un accompagnement traditionnel, j\u2019aime la servir, car elle rafra\u00eechit le
