class=\"tasty-recipes-description\">\n<p><p>Cette superbe recette de bifteck a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par notre amie Andrea Buckett Cooks, qui a \u00e9galement eu la brillante id\u00e9e de garnir une salade fra\u00eeche des ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019une sauce puttanesca : tomates, oignons et olives kalamata. Le bifteck est seulement sal\u00e9 et poivr\u00e9 avant d\u2019\u00eatre grill\u00e9, puis enduit d\u2019une marinade s\u00e8che \u00ab invers\u00e9e \u00bb : une gremolata au citron \u00e9clatante de saveur (contrairement \u00e0 une marinade s\u00e8che qui perd souvent de son go\u00fbt \u00e0 la chaleur du gril). Le bifteck de flanc n\u2019a pas toujours \u00e0 \u00eatre mac\u00e9r\u00e9 pour \u00eatre tendre : il suffit de le trancher finement contre le grain une fois cuit.
