Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 basse intensit\u00e9. Couvrir herm\u00e9tiquement et faire cuire pendant 15 minutes. Apr\u00e8s 15 minutes, fermer le feu et laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 minutes (le riz devrait alors \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement cuit). Transf\u00e9rer dans un bol et ajouter le vinaigre de riz, le sucre et le sel. M\u00e9langer et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Dans un petit bol, incorporer au fouet la sauce de soja, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, le miel, le sel, l\u2019ail en poudre et les graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Attendrir et aplatir les biftecks en les battant d\u2019un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec un maillet ou le fond d\u2019un po\u00ealon lourd (les biftecks devraient faire 6 x 3 pouces et 3 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur).
