Ajouter le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 en l\u2019\u00e9miettant, ainsi que la moiti\u00e9 du sel et du poivre ; faire cuire pendant 8 minutes, en d\u00e9faisant la viande avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re de bois, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e et enti\u00e8rement cuite. \u00c9goutter et r\u00e9server sur une assiette.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Dans un bol de taille moyenne, incorporer au fouet les \u0153ufs, le lait, l\u2019oignon en poudre, ainsi que le reste du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Remettre le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 cuit dans le po\u00ealon et incorporer l\u2019oignon et les \u00e9pinards. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9pinards tombent, soit environ 1 minute. Incorporer les tomates. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 basse intensit\u00e9 et verser les \u0153ufs battus. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le pourtour se raffermit, soulever d\u00e9licatement les parties cuites au moyen d\u2019une spatule afin de permettre aux \u0153ufs de glisser dessous. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fond soit ferme et que le dessus soit presque ferme, soit pendant environ 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Saupoudrer le fromage sur le dessus de la frittata et placer le po\u00ealon sous le gril pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 du four pendant environ 2 minutes, afin de faire fondre le fromage et de faire gonfler la frittata, ou couvrir et faire cuire sur la cuisini\u00e8re pendant quelques minutes. D\u00e9tacher le pourtour de la frittata.
