Incorporer le chou-fleur, la sauce de soja et l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same. Faire cuire pendant 2 minutes. Pousser les l\u00e9gumes d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la po\u00eale et verser les \u0153ufs battus de l\u2019autre. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les \u0153ufs deviennent fermes, les d\u00e9tacher doucement du pourtour et du fond de la po\u00eale en effectuant un mouvement de marbrage afin de former des lani\u00e8res moelleuses. Faire cuire de cette fa\u00e7on pendant environ 3 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u0153ufs soient cuits, sans \u00eatre secs. M\u00e9langer au chou-fleur. Incorporer les petits pois, les carottes, les bouch\u00e9es de b\u0153uf et le riz froid ; faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le tout soit chaud. Retirer du feu, garnir des oignons verts et servir.<\/p>\n<h4>Astuces culinaires<\/h4>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">\u00ab Riz \u00bb de chou-fleur : Passez le chou-fleur entier sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 grossier de la r\u00e2pe.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Riz cuit : Il est important que le riz cuit soit froid (les restes de riz font donc tr\u00e8s bien l\u2019affaire) avant de l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration afin d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agglutine pendant le processus de cuisson.
