Ajouter les champignons et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tendret\u00e9, soit environ 5 minutes, en remuant souvent. Retirer du feu.<\/p>\n<h4>\u0152ufs<\/h4>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Vaporiser une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive d\u2019un enduit \u00e0 cuisson afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que les \u0153ufs ne collent. Faire chauffer sur feu moyen-bas. Casser chaque \u0153uf dans un petit bol, puis d\u00e9poser dans la po\u00eale un \u00e0 la fois. Faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le blanc soit ferme et que le pourtour soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9, de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes selon l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du feu. Faire glisser les \u0153ufs sur une assiette afin d\u2019interrompre la cuisson.<\/p>\n<h4>Montage<\/h4>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">R\u00e9partir les nouilles cuites en parts \u00e9gales dans 4 bols. Garnir des champignons, des carottes marin\u00e9es, du concombre, du da\u00efkon ou de la betterave, des sat\u00e9s de b\u0153uf et enfin, d\u2019un \u0153uf.
