Assaisonner avec la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange de sel et de poivre. Dans un grand po\u00ealon antiadh\u00e9sif, faire chauffer 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) d\u2019huile de canola sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire cuire les biftecks pendant 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retirer de la po\u00eale et r\u00e9server sur une assiette propre.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Dans le m\u00eame po\u00ealon, faire chauffer 2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml) d\u2019huile de canola sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire cuire l\u2019oignon pendant 2 minutes, ajouter les champignons, les poivrons et le reste du m\u00e9lange de sel et de poivre ; poursuivre la cuisson pendant environ 1 minute, en remuant souvent. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Couper la baguette en quatre morceaux de m\u00eame taille. Trancher en deux sur la longueur et placer, c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le haut, sur une plaque tapiss\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Frotter chaque morceau de pain avec les c\u00f4t\u00e9s coup\u00e9s de la gousse d\u2019ail. Placer la plaque sous le gril du four et faire griller le pain pendant environ une minute. Retirer du four ; r\u00e9server les quatre \u00ab dessus \u00bb des morceaux de baguette. Garnir les morceaux de baguette rest\u00e9s sur la plaque de bifteck (\u00e0 trancher au besoin en lani\u00e8res plus minces), le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de champignons et le mozzarella. Remettre sous le gril pendant environ 1 minute ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage ait fondu. Retirer du four, refermer les sandwichs avec les morceaux de pain grill\u00e9 r\u00e9serv\u00e9s. D\u00e9guster tout de suite ou emballer dans du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et emporter pour le lunch !<\/p>\n<h4>Astuce culinaire<\/h4>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">Le fait de piquer de toutes parts un bifteck moins tendre (d\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ronde, par exemple) avec une fourchette contribue \u00e0 l\u2019attendrir.
