Une fois la temp\u00e9rature atteinte, \u00e9teindre le br\u00fbleur qui se trouve sous le bac d\u2019\u00e9gouttage. (Dans le cas d\u2019un barbecue \u00e0 trois br\u00fbleurs, placer le bac d\u2019\u00e9gouttage au milieu et \u00e9teindre ce br\u00fbleur.)<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Placer le rosbif au-dessus du br\u00fbleur \u00e9teint, fermer le couvercle et faire r\u00f4tir \u00e0 chaleur constante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e, selon les indications du tableau des dur\u00e9es de cuisson de notre Guide de cuisson des robsifs pour la r\u00f4tisserie. R\u00e9sister \u00e0 la tentation de soulever le couvercle pendant la cuisson afin de ne pas laisser la chaleur s\u2019\u00e9chapper, ce qui allongerait la dur\u00e9e de cuisson. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">Placer le rosbif sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, couvrir de papier d\u2019aluminium et laisser reposer de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.
