l\u2019huile sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire rissoler le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail, le thym et la sauge pendant environ 5 min ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le b\u0153uf ne soit plus ros\u00e9. Incorporer en remuant la mac\u00e9doine de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Dans un petit bol, incorporer au fouet le bouillon, la farine, le sel et le poivre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une consistance lisse. Verser dans le po\u00ealon et remuer pour enrober le m\u00e9lange de viande. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant. Disposer les pierogis en cercles concentriques sur le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9. Couvrir le po\u00ealon et laisser mijoter le tout doucement pendant environ 12 min ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les pierogis soient tendres et gonfl\u00e9s. Retirer le couvercle et saupoudrer le fromage sur les pierogis. <\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Placer le po\u00ealon \u00e0 environ 6 po (15 cm) du gril pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 du four ; cuire pendant environ 4 min, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9. Laisser reposer un peu avant de servir.
