Ajouter les haricots noirs et le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 ; incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients en les m\u00e9langeant avec les mains.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Fa\u00e7onner le m\u00e9lange en 24 boules de taille \u00e9gale et r\u00e9partir dans les coupelles des moules \u00e0 muffins. Mouiller les mains et aplatir chaque mini pain de viande.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Faire cuire au four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F (200 \u00b0C) pendant 20 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un thermom\u00e8tre num\u00e9rique \u00e0 lecture rapide ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans plusieurs pains de viande indique une temp\u00e9rature interne de 160\u02daF (70\u02daC). Retirer du four et laisser reposer pendant 5 minutes. D\u00e9tacher d\u00e9licatement les pains de viande du moule \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau, retirer et servir avec de la cr\u00e8me sure, de la salsa et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">Conserver le surplus de pains de viande au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 jours ou emballer chacun individuellement puis les placer dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique et au cong\u00e9lateur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois.
