Faire chauffer un grand po\u00ealon antiadh\u00e9sif \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, la poudre d\u2019ail, le thym, le sel, le poivre et le piment de la Jama\u00efque. Faire cuire en brisant la viande en morceaux avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re, pendant environ 8 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ait bruni et soit enti\u00e8rement cuite. Avec une cuill\u00e8re trou\u00e9e, d\u00e9poser le m\u00e9lange dans un bol, en laissant le jus de cuisson dans le po\u00ealon. R\u00e9server la viande.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">2. Remettre le po\u00ealon sur un feu moyen-doux. Faire caram\u00e9liser les oignons pendant environ 20 minutes, en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre (si l\u2019oignon brunit trop rapidement, r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 doux). Ajouter le vinaigre balsamique et la sauce Worcestershire; poursuivre la cuisson en remuant pendant 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">3. Remettre le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 dans le po\u00ealon et le m\u00e9langer aux oignons. Saupoudrer le m\u00e9lange de 1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de farine et bien m\u00e9langer. Verser graduellement l\u2019eau, en remuant. Faire cuire en remuant toujours, pendant 3 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la plupart du liquide ait \u00e9t\u00e9 absorb\u00e9. Retirer du feu et laisser ti\u00e9dir pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">4. Incorporer le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au b\u0153uf.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">5. \u00c9tendre 1 feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une surface de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e et la d\u00e9couper en 6 rectangles de taille \u00e9gale. Garnir chacun de \u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de la garniture au b\u0153uf, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00bd pouce (1 cm) du pourtour. D\u00e9couper une deuxi\u00e8me feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en 6 rectangles de m\u00eame taille et les d\u00e9poser sur le dessus des premiers. Sceller les chaussons avec une fourchette et les disposer sur une grande plaque tapiss\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9, en les espa\u00e7ant. Badigeonner le dessus d\u2019\u0153uf battu.
