Enlever les queues des champignons. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une petite cuill\u00e8re, retirer les lamelles (la partie noire) de l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des chapeaux, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la surface soit propre et lisse.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">3. Badigeonner le dessus des chapeaux d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;huile et placer sur un plan de travail, cavit\u00e9 vers le haut. Diviser la farce au b\u0153uf en 4 parts \u00e9gales et les r\u00e9partir dans les 4 chapeaux, en la pressant d\u00e9licatement dans la cavit\u00e9 et en formant un petit monticule au besoin.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">4. Disposer les champignons farcis dans le panier de la friteuse \u00e0 air, c\u00f4t\u00e9 farce vers le haut. R\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 400 \u00b0F (200 \u00b0C) et la dur\u00e9e de cuisson \u00e0 15 minutes. Cuire les champignons jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tendres et qu&#8217;un thermom\u00e8tre num\u00e9rique \u00e0 lecture rapide ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la partie la plus \u00e9paisse de la farce indique 160 \u00b0F (71 \u00b0C). Disposer sur les assiettes et parsemer de persil hach\u00e9, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4> Conseils<\/h4>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez la farce avec du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 maigre ou extra maigre afin de ne pas avoir \u00e0 \u00e9goutter le gras apr\u00e8s la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Tout type de fromage bleu convient \u00e0 cette recette, qu&#8217;il soit cr\u00e9meux comme un gorgonzola ou friable comme un Stilton. <\/p>\n<p>Ces champignons farcis font de savoureux burgers ! Il suffit de les servir dans de petits pains et de garnir de lamelles d&#8217;oignons.<\/p>\n<p>La farce convient tout aussi bien \u00e0 de plus petits champignons, comme les champignons de Paris et les cremini, pour r\u00e9aliser des bouch\u00e9es chaudes absolument divines.
