Retirer les brochettes du barbecue sans \u00e9teindre les br\u00fbleurs pour r\u00e9chauffer les b\u00e2tonnets de pain. Disposer les brochettes sur la planche, puis arroser d\u2019un soup\u00e7on de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">5. Pour r\u00e9chauffer les b\u00e2tonnets de pain \u00e0 l\u2019ail et au parmesan de Furlani: Mettre les b\u00e2tonnets dans un plat \u00e0 lasagne en aluminium. D\u00e9poser le plat sur la grille du barbecue, refermer le couvercle et faire chauffer de 5 \u00e0 6 minutes environ, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les b\u00e2tonnets soient chauds au toucher.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-6\">6. Servir les b\u00e2tonnets chauds imm\u00e9diatement avec le reste de vinaigrette r\u00e9serv\u00e9e dans les bols individuels en guise de trempette comme partie int\u00e9grante de la planche \u00e0 partager.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseil(s)<\/h4>\n<p>Pour faire griller les b\u00e2tonnets de pain sans plat de cuisson, \u00e9teindre le br\u00fbleur d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du barbecue. Nettoyer la grille au-dessus du br\u00fbleur \u00e9teint et la huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.
