Vinaigrette: Dans un petit bol, fouetter le miel, la moutarde, le zeste de lime et le jus de lime. Salade: Piquer les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du bifteck avec une fourchette. Mettre la viande et \u00bc tasse (60 ml) de vinaigrette dans un contenant refermable ou un sac \u00e0 cong\u00e9lation, et remuer pour bien enrober.
