Couvrir, r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 moyen-faible et laisser mijoter de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, en remuant de temps \u00e0 autre, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les p\u00e2tes soient al dente et que les saveurs soient m\u00e9lang\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">4. Pendant ce temps, disposer les morceaux de pain \u00e0 l&#8217;ail en une seule couche sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin. Faire griller dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 425 \u00b0F de 5 \u00e0 6 minutes, en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">5. Retirer et jeter la cro\u00fbte de parmesan, si cela s&#8217;applique. Incorporer les \u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s. R\u00e9partir la soupe \u00e0 la louche dans des bols, garnir chacun d&#8217;une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de ricotta, puis saupoudrer de mozzarella et de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9s. Finir au go\u00fbt avec du persil et du basilic hach\u00e9, et servir avec le pain \u00e0 l&#8217;ail grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Conseils<\/h4>\n<p>Cette soupe peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;avance jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape 3, puis refroidie et r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 couvert jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 3 jours. Au moment de servir, la r\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle fume, en la remuant souvent, puis poursuivre la recette \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;\u00e9tape 4.<\/p>\n<p>En faisant mijoter les p\u00e2tes dans la soupe, on \u00e9vite d&#8217;utiliser une casserole suppl\u00e9mentaire. Par contre, si vous pr\u00e9voyez de pr\u00e9parer la soupe \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de faire cuire les p\u00e2tes s\u00e9par\u00e9ment afin qu&#8217;elles ne deviennent pas trop molles et p\u00e2teuses.
